How It Works: Our experienced assistant arrives at your chosen establishment, joins the queue, and meticulously monitors its progress. You'll receive real-time updates, and once your table is almost ready, your assistant will notify you to arrive at the perfect moment, ensuring a seamless transition and minimizing your wait.

Ideal For: This service is perfect for highly sought-after venues known for long queues, including popular spots like Qinwan Café, Crisp Pizza, and Ladurée Café.

Key Considerations:

• Advance Notice: We require a minimum of 3.5 hours lead time for optimal service coordination.
• Client Arrival: You must arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before your estimated table time. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your turn, subject to the venue's policy.
• Nature of Service: This service manages your wait in line; final entry time and table availability are subject to the venue's policies and current crowd levels. We do not guarantee a specific entry time.
• Excluded Venues: Please note that Rosewood cafes and restaurants are temporarily excluded from this service.

Pricing:

• Initial Coordination Fee: €50
• Field Assistant Hourly Rate: €20 per hour of queuing (actual wait time estimated and confirmed with operations team).
