Our service includes:

• Comprehensive cleaning and tidying of your accommodation.
• Bedroom organization, bed-making, and tidying visible items according to your specific instructions.
• Thorough cleaning of all bathrooms.
• General cleaning and tidying of the kitchen area.
• Arrangement of living areas, including seating and tables.
• Careful organizing of personal belongings and clothes, always respecting your privacy and instructions.
• Ensuring the space is impeccably prepared and comfortable for your return or use.

Important Notes:

• The minimum booking period is 5 hours per visit.
• Basic cleaning materials and tools are assumed to be available at your accommodation.

Exclusions (unless separately agreed upon and priced):

• Deep cleaning, post-construction, or intensive maintenance cleaning.
• Specialized cleaning of carpets or upholstery (e.g., steam cleaning).
• Exterior window cleaning or relocation of heavy furniture.
• Cooking, food preparation, or grocery shopping.
• Child or elderly care services.
• Laundry and ironing (unless specifically booked as an additional service).
• Provision of cleaning materials or additional supplies (unless pre-arranged).
• Any requests falling outside the scope of standard daily cleaning and tidying.
